Flow Right Plumbing — Ashford, Kent and surrounding area
These terms apply to plumbing work carried out by Flow Right Plumbing in Ashford, Kent and the surrounding area.
Where possible, we provide a clear fixed-price quote before work begins. Quotes are based on the information, description, photos, videos, and access details provided by the customer.
The fixed price applies to the work specifically described in the quote. If the work required is different from the information provided, or if additional work is requested, this may require a revised quote before proceeding.
Where an issue cannot reasonably be assessed from photos, videos, or customer information, an on-site diagnostic visit may be required. Any diagnostic or call-out fee will be explained before booking.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work carried out by Flow Right Plumbing is covered by a one-year no-quibble workmanship guarantee.
This guarantee covers the plumbing work carried out by Flow Right Plumbing. It does not cover customer-supplied parts, faulty products, existing plumbing defects, blockages, water quality issues, misuse, accidental damage, unrelated faults, or work that has been altered or interfered with by others after completion.
Manufacturer guarantees may apply separately to parts or products supplied.
Where customers supply their own parts, Flow Right Plumbing cannot guarantee the quality, suitability, or future performance of those parts. Labour to fit customer-supplied parts remains covered by our workmanship guarantee.
If a customer-supplied part is faulty, unsuitable, incomplete, or damaged, further charges may apply for additional time, return visits, or replacement work.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and work area. Any parking restrictions, permits, access codes, pets, or other access issues should be made clear before the appointment.
For radiator, valve, or heating system work, the heating system must be switched off well before arrival so the system is cool and safe to work on. Flow Right Plumbing may not be able to work on a hot system.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
For certain bookings made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or online, consumer cancellation rights may apply. If you ask us to begin work within any cancellation period, you agree that charges may apply for work already carried out, parts ordered, or costs reasonably incurred.
Flow Right Plumbing carries out small domestic plumbing repairs and related work. We do not carry out gas work, boiler work, full bathroom installations, tiling, decorating, or large commercial works.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
